Bank Timings on Saturday

Banks are not just open on weekdays, but they are also open on selective Saturdays.

According to the RBI, all of the scheduled and non-scheduled banks need to observe a public holiday on the 2nd and the 4th Saturday of the month, and apart from that, banks open on Saturday, i.e., the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday.

Bank Timings on Saturday

The business hours followed by a bank are determined by a variety of factors, including the bank's general rules, the bank's branch, the branch's location, the branch's customers, the type of services the branch provides, the Reserve Bank of India's rules, and state and federal government rules, among others.

Although a bank's business hours are generally consistent across all of its branches, some of them may have varying hours for one or more of the reasons indicated above.

Furthermore, most banks adhere to the same set of business hour timings for consistency across the chart. However, there can easily be a +/- 1-hour discrepancy in business hours amongst banks.
