It provides a wide range of trusteeship services, such as Debenture Trustee Services, Security Trustee Services, Trustee to Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), Trustee to ESOPs, Securitisation Trustee, Bond Trusteeship Services, Escrow Services, Safekeeping, and other allied services across sectors.

The company has an ISO/IEC 270001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System. 
The company has presence in over 15 cities in India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Gandhinagar through regional offices or signatories. Recently, the company opened an office at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), an International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), in order to increase its reach and gain from regulatory advantages. 
The company also has presence in Singapore.
The company’s revenue from operations has increased in the last three years. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 10.03 cr, Rs. 14.81 cr, and Rs. 19.92 cr in FY 2021, 2022 and 2023 respectively. For the same time periods, the company reported Profit after tax of Rs. 3.62 cr, Rs. 3.85 cr and Rs. 5.16 cr respectively.
There is outstanding litigation against the company, its directors, promoter, and group company. Any adverse outcome of these litigations could negatively impact its business.
Though the company has diversified its business into Security Trustee Services, Facility Agent, Securitisation Trustee, Share Pledge Trustee, Alternate Investment Fund/Family Trust, Escrow and Monitoring Agency services, the largest chunk of revenue comes from debenture trusteeship fees, especially from the Maharashtra region. Revenue from debenture trusteeship fees contributed 46.06%, 56.10%, and 59.99% of total revenue for the financial years 2023-24, 2022-23 and 2021-22 respectively. Any slowdown in revenue inflow from Debenture trustee fees could adversely affect the company.
The company’s top 10 customers contributed 44.39%, 41.99%, and 34.38% of its total revenue from operations for the financial years ended March 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively. Any slowdown in business from these customers could adversely affect the company.
As per the RHP, there are certain discrepancies and non-compliances noticed in the company's financial reporting and records related to the filing of returns and the deposit of statutory dues with taxation and other statutory authorities.
