About GSM FoilsGSM Foils Limited is a manufacturer of Blister Foils and Aluminium Pharma Foils (also known as strip foils), which are used in packaging of pharmaceutical medicines, such as capsules and tablets. These strips are in the form of coated, poly laminated, blister and strip printed foils. The company offers aluminium foils in different sizes, shapes and thickness viz,. 0.020 micron to 0.025 micron, 0.030 micron and 0.040 micron.
The company has inhouse capacity of Coating, laminating and printing process. The company’s manufacturing facility is located at Thane in Maharashtra.;

As per the RHP, the company’s production capacity and product portfolio have increased gradually over the past years. 
The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The company’s diversified range of product portfolio allows it to meet customers' requirements as per their needs. It has added a range of blister foils and Aluminum Strip Pharma Foil to its portfolio, including Printed Vinyl Monomer Coating and Heat Sealable Coated (VMCH) Aluminum Blister Foil, Blister Foil reels, Printed aluminum pharma foil, Aluminum Strip pharma foils slitted reels, and more.
The company's manufacturing facility, spanning 7,973 square feet and including three stories and a ground level, is situated in Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is designed and equipped to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
As of December 31, 2023, the company had clients in 13 states and one Union Territory of India. These are Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and West Bengal, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, .
The company’s manufacturing facility is concentrated in a single region. Any inability to operate and grow the business in this region could adversely affect the company’s business.
For the period ended December 31, 2023, and for the financial years ended March 31, 2021, 2022 and 2023 the company’s revenue from customers in Gujarat contributed 8.70%, 16.96%, 19.69% and 4.93% respectively of its total revenue, Dadra & Nagar Haveli contributed 9.29%, 13.05%, 8.68% and 2.86% respectively and the customers in Maharashtra 77.78%, 66.41%, 66.79% and 87.87% of the total revenue respectively. Such geographical concentration increases the company’s exposure to adverse developments related to competition, and economic and demographic changes in these regions which may adversely impact its business.
There are civil, criminal, tax proceedings, and statutory and regulatory actions in process against the company, its subsidiary, directors, promoter and group company. Any adverse outcome of these cases could negatively affect the company’s business,
The company relies entirely on the pharmaceutical industry for its business. Any slowdown in this industry could adversely impact its business.
As at December 31, 2023, the company’s total borrowings stood at Rs 14.13 cr. Any inability to service these borrowings could negatively affect the company’s business.
The company has a very limited operating history of its manufacturing operations. This may make it difficult for investors to evaluate its historical performance.
